MW Block Brick is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

MW Block & Brick, part of the QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, a manufacturer for segmental concrete products for the commercial, residential, contractor, industrial, and retail customer, has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales located at our Waterloo, IL facility.

The Position:

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer service/Inside Sales
  • Working directly with Outside Sales staff
  • Order entry: setting up deliveries and customer pick up
  • Maintaining new customer and current accounts
  • Complete required paperwork for all quotes for each salesperson as required
  • Process all paperwork required for specific job orders approved and account set-up
  • Handle incoming sales calls as necessary when sales representatives are unavailable
  • Maintain updated and accurate job specific files and project binders
  • Knowledge of tax laws, resale and exempt is helpful
  • Assist outside salesmen with job account set-up and inventory inquiries

We require:

  • At least 1-year of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high level or creativity
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
