Pediatric Dental & Orthodontic office in Gaithersburg, MD looking for an Insurance/ Billing Coordinator position for our growing team.

Our dental team is looking for an organized, self-motivated, energetic and caring individual. This candidate needs to be able to provide excellent customer service, have good basic math skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include:

Calling insurance companies and customers, answering phones, greeting customers, making appointments, discussing financials, collecting fees, filing insurance claims, billing, etc...

The right candidate will have:

· Great customer service skills and an outgoing personality, if you have a shy/quiet personality please do not apply, we work with kids and parents all day long either in person or on the phone :)

· Proficient CPU skills (able to navigate websites, social media, use Microsoft Office and Outlook)

· Basic Math skills using a calculator (addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.)

· All of these areas will be tested, if you are not confident that you can provide these basic concepts, again please do not apply.

· Dental/Medical software experience

· Fluency in Spanish is not necessary but a plus
