Role Summary :

As the Resident Care Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of the residents. Leveraging your experience and expertise, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional care services and lead a dedicated team of caregivers.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and supervise resident care activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for residents and their families, fostering trust and open communication.

Qualifications :

  • Active RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
