Role Summary :
As the Resident Care Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of the residents. Leveraging your experience and expertise, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional care services and lead a dedicated team of caregivers.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and supervise resident care activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for residents and their families, fostering trust and open communication.

Qualifications :
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a senior living or long-term care setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
