PATIENT #1: Female 2 1/2 yrs old. Vent dependent with trach. Non-verbal. Non-mobile. Open shifts: Thurs - Sat 7pm-7am

PATIENT #2: Female 16 yrs old. NO vent/trach. CP patient. Non-mobile (very small. Appx 33 lbs). Non-mobile. Goes to school during the day. Open Shifts: Mon-Fri 4p-7:30a. Sat & Sun: Shifts are open and flexible.

MVP Pediatric Home Health is hiring RNs and LVNs to assist with patient treatment and rehabilitation by performing nursing procedures outlined in the patients care plan. The nurse will participate in assessment planning, implementing, and evaluating all patient care in collaboration with the clinical supervisor and all other agencies and physician offices involved in patient care. Qualified candidates will possess:

• Current Nursing License in Texas (RN or LVN)
• Current Texas driver's license.
