What You’ll Do: Play a key role as a Scrum/Agile team member in the design, development, deployment, and support of our web solution. Always demonstrating team-oriented behaviors: respectful,accountable, reliable, helpful, good communicator, open-minded What You'll NeedRequired TechnicalQualifications:· 5 years' experience developing web database applications, 2 years with .NET and C#· Proficiency with JavaScript· Experience developing and integrating REST web services · Proficiency with relational databases and SQL · Experience writing unit tests · Experience with code version control systems (suchas Git, SVN, TFVC) and branching strategies· Understanding of software development patternsand coding best practices· Experience delivering software projects as partof a Scrum/Agile team · Ability to lead and coach team members throughtechnical implementationsPreferred Technical Qualifications:· 5 years’ experience developing web applications with .NET Framework and .NET Core using C#, MVC, Web API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL· 2 years’ experience with a JavaScript library/framework such as React, Angular, Vue· 2 years’ experience developing with Microsoft Azure cloud services · Experience using Git-based source code management, and Gitflow or similar branching · Experience creating CI/CD build and deploy pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps· Experience with agile software project tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira· Understanding of data privacy and security principles and how they apply to insurance digital systems and solutions· Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plusPersonal Qualifications:· High degree of honesty, ethics, and integrity · Personal values that align with our team-orientedculture: respectful, accountable, reliable, helpful, transparent, open-minded· Customer service oriented.
