Summary of responsibilities:
- Show Market Ready apartments and community to customers
- Prepare Application and Lease documents for new residents
- Assist in marketing promotions
- Generate sales to increase occupancy
- Promote resident retention programs
- Compile reports and maintain files while adhering to company policies and fair housing laws
- 1 years of related experience in the real estate, retail, or customer service industry
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
- Ability to represent the company in its relations with residents, employees, and local vendors
