POSITION SUMMARY
Our manufacturing plant is looking for a best-in-class Mechanical/Production Supervisor to manage workflow at our Brick Manufacturing facility. The nature of the work will require that the candidate demonstrate initiative and responsibility and be flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position where you will be expected to jump on the line to help the team reach production goals as needed. You must possess strong communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to resolve workplace issues effectively. You should also be a natural leader that’s focused on inspiring employees to own their work and deliver better results. You should be an excellent problem solver and conflict manager that can effectively delegate responsibilities to ensure that the plant continues to work efficiently.
