Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including residential buildings, and outdoor areas Duties will include performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers, and ensuring that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Respons:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing fixtures, replacing light bulbs, and painting walls.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and materials used.
- Ensure that all maintenance work is completed safely and in compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Work closely with property managers and other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners by addressing any maintenance concerns or questions promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a property maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
