Job Overview:

We are seeking a Substitute to join our team. As a Substitute, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance in various Preschool educational settings. This is a flexible position that offers the opportunity to work with students and gain valuable experience in the field of early education.

Duties:

- Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the regular classroom teacher

- Provide instruction and guidance to students in various subjects, including math, literacy, and other curriculum areas

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

- Assist students with their needs.

- Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a productive and safe learning environment

- Collaborate with other school staff to support student success

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of childhood development and educational practices

- Experience in tutoring or working with students in an educational setting

- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation

- Knowledge of literacy education strategies

- Understanding of early childhood education principles

- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and teaching styles

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Passion for educating and inspiring young minds
