Working Environment:
Typical outdoor/field working environment. Ability to perform all essential job functions with reasonable accommodations compliant with EEOC enforced ADA guidelines. This position is primarily outdoors, consistent with a standard field-based position. Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Must be able to perform medium to heavy work exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/up to 75 pounds of force constantly to move objects, tools and materials. Must possess the visual acuity to operate equipment and motor vehicles, perform trades tasks, inspect the work of others, and review work for accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness. Role has a noise level range of low to high (requiring ear protection). Includes travel to clients’ project sites and local and out of state offices of the company and its customers as necessary and requires valid driver’s license.
