The Product Support Manager is responsible for providing successful leadership and management over Mustang Cat's Lufkin facility.

Product Support Manage Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree majoring in business, industrial or mechanically related field
- Will consider previous work and management experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated management experience and proved leadership ability
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Be able to motivate and be apart of a team
- Working knowledge of Cat Parts, Service, Sales and Warranty operations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with and relate to customers and their needs
- Excellent computer skills, with experience using all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other Database systems
