Job Summary: Dine-in and Drive-Thru Coffee Shop Barista's at Must Go Coffee, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for crafting and serving coffee beverages while prioritizing speed, quality, and customer experience. Your role will involve taking orders, preparing beverages, and delivering exceptional service to ensure our customers' satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders accurately, and answering any questions they may have.
Following Quality standards and recipes consistently.
Cleanliness at all times.
Keep the Coffee Shop clean & organized, ensuring that supplies are stocked, and restocking as needed.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following food safety and hygiene standards, including proper hand washing and sanitization procedures.
Smooth operations during peak hours, supporting each other and maintaining a positive work environment.
