Reports to: Guest Relations Manager
High School diploma
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A genuine desire to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and strong desire to assist and help.
- Excellent judgment.
- Ability to operate effectively as a member of a high-functioning team and pitch in when/where needed in different areas of the museum.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift/carry items that weigh 30 pounds.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, museum and/or in a customer service/customer facing role is highly desirable.
- Associates must be willing to work flexible work schedules, including evenings and weekends.
