What you will do as an Electrical Engineer

System Design and Integration

• Lead the design, development, and integration of custom electrical systems for sports-related products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with advanced components.

Hardware Solution Development

• Design and implement electronic solutions tailored to the unique requirements of youth sports markets.
• Optimize the system for performance, reliability, and expandability.

Prototyping and Testing

• Develop prototypes and conduct thorough testing to validate system functionality and performance.
• Work closely with hardware and software teams to iterate on designs and implement improvements.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with AI specialists, machine vision engineers, MLOps and other technologists to ensure seamless integration of technologies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Documentation

• Create comprehensive documentation for designs, test procedures, and system configurations.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

What you need to be successful

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in designing and developing custom electrical and electronic systems, preferably in a technology or sports-related industry

Technical Skills

• Proficient in designing and prototyping electronic circuits
• Experience with hardware description languages (HDL) and PCB design tools
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine vision/learning, data and cloud engineering concepts

Communication and Teamwork

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements

Innovative Mindset

• Enthusiasm for exploring and implementing emerging technologies
• Must have a demonstrated ability to think creatively and contribute to innovative solutions
