REAL ESTATE/ELECTIONS CLERK

MUSCATINE COUNTY AUDITOR’S OFFICE

Performs daily operations in the real estate department of the County Auditor’s Office under the direction of the Real Estate Administrator and the Auditor. Maintains archival of records in the Auditor’s Office. Performs a variety of election, clerical, data entry and taxation input processes for the Auditor’s Office. Provides information to the public.

Requirements: Associates degree and experience or Bachelor’s degree. Strong computer skills. Experience in real estate, abstractor or law office preferred.

Starting salary range: $35,278 - $41,504 DOQ. Excellent benefits package.
