Job Description
The NICU Family Support Admin Coordinator develops, implements and evaluates educational and social activities for the families of patients in the NICU. They are responsible for maintaining the March of Dimes visibility in the program and improve the patient/family experience.
Conducts surveys and studies of problems and needs; makes recommendations to appropriate officials. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the status of assigned program area(s). Reviews, evaluates and reports on assigned program area. Provides technical assistance to staff, management, the public and other governmental entities. Takes and processes routine program requests from customers. Supervises employees as needed.
Additional Job Description
Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant program experience required.
