**The Company and Role**

This National retailer is looking for a Store Manager to lead this business in Murray Bridge! Joining a company at the forefront of their industry and products, your customers will love having so many exciting products and ideas to choose from!

We are seeking a strong and experienced manager to lead an already performing store to success! Ideally we are hunting for someone who is a natural people leader and a clear communicator who can inspire the team to action. Your role will include developing, mentoring and building your team to be experts in the industry. You will have experience in driving a team to achieve store budgets and operational targets as well as structured KPI's. You will be trained and mentored by one of the most talented Regional Managers around, and have opportunity for progression based on your performance.
