- Iso tracking
- Visual weld inspection
- Weld tracking and documentation
- Welder qualifications
- Coordinating field and shop NDE
- Assembling turn over documents
- Occasional assistance with ASME Pressure vessel repairs and alterations
- Attending coordination meetings
- General welding support
- Generate and distribute non-conformance reports
- Committing to the Core values and Safety policies of Murphy Company
- Must have a current AWS CWI or ASNT Level II certification including eye exam within the last 12 months
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Firm understanding of NDE methods such as VT, PT, UT, and RT
- Good understanding of the ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code and the ASME Section IX Welding Code
- Good computer skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Self motivated with a desire to grow and develop
- Willingness to learn new computer software
- Be able to climb ladders and scaffolding
- Be able to enter pressure vessels and boilers
- At least 5 years working as a Quality Inspector
- Experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Experience reading and interpreting customer specifications
- Experience witnessing and evaluation welder qualifications
- Experience reading and interpreting ASME codes
- Experience interacting with third party NDE firms
