Murphy's Corner Dental is Hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator Near Everett, WA

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, dental reception, and patient services, as well as three years minimum of related patient coordinator experience. Eagle software experience is desired. Full time hours with benefits.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- YOU will be the face of the practice!

- Schedule patient appointments efficiently

- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy

- Coordinate treatment plans with the clinical team and patients

- Verify insurance coverage and process claims

- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly

- Must be comfortable explaining treatment plans and accepting payments

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

- Assist with front desk duties as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Minimuym 3 years dental treatment coordinator expereince and prior clinical dental assisting a plus.

- Proficiency in dental terminology and insurance

- Knowledge of phone systems and administrative procedures

- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, friendly disposition

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

This position offers the opportunity to work in a private practice dental office environment, utilizing your skills to provide exceptional patient care.
