The Construction Law team at Murphy Austin Adams Schoenfeld LLP is looking for a highly qualified secretary with substantial litigation experience. Specifically, construction litigation experience is preferred.

Excellent computer skills and aptitude are essential. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and document management systems are required. Familiarity with Forte is a plus. The successful candidate must be able and willing to learn other software systems that support a busy and document intensive litigation practice.

The successful candidate must be able to manage a busy desk in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoy working as part of a team as well as be able to work independently. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a deep commitment to client service and produces a high-quality work product. Impeccable proofreading and attention to detail are required. Compensation for this position ranges from $63,000 – $83,000 depending on skills and substantive experience.
