Summary:

Maserati of Central New Jersey has an opening for an experienced Shop Foreman who would be responsible for supervising a team of technicians ensuring that these employees adhere to company policies especially compliance and customer care.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises a team of technicians and efficiently drive production increase by promoting a safe shop environment
• Reports daily production of hours to Service Director.
• Conducts production meetings with service advisors and technicians on a daily basis.
• Ultimately responsible for running a high quality operation with our client’s best interest in mind.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role and in the automotive industry
• Previous experience in a luxury brand dealer preferred.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Experience solving/dealing with difficult situations
• Great attitude
• Leadership skills
• Ability to identify problems quickly
• Knowledge of automotive industry
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Must be willing to submit and pass a drug test and background check.
