Remote Bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: Remote (West Coast)

As a Remote Bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant at Murgado Automotive Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives and ensuring seamless administrative operations. Your proficiency in both English and Spanish will be instrumental in managing communications, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in English and Spanish.

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality.

Facilitate virtual meetings, webinars, and conference calls, ensuring smooth logistics and technical support.

Assist with organizing company events, virtual conferences, and executive retreats.

Handle special projects and assignments as delegated by senior management.

Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
