Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on marine systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with marine systems and equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty components and parts as needed.
• Install new marine systems and equipment according to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in marine systems technology.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians, as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Marine Systems Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of marine systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary info:
