Accounts Payables/Receivables
Typical responsibilities is receiving and sorting invoices, matching invoices to shipment papers, data entry, paying bills, and assisting the President with any reports he may need. Experience in Quickbooks and/or payroll a plus. Applicants must be fluent in the Microsoft Office suite, be able to learn the company’s computer software system and have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
