Plaintiff’s Personal injury law firm in Jericho, Long Island seeking full-time Associate Attorney admitted in NYS.

The Candidate MUST have experience in handling Negligence cases, including drafting Bills of Particulars (BP), conducting Examinations Before Trial (EBT), and preparing Summary Judgment Motions (SJM). Must be well organized and self-motivated; possesses excellent written and spoken communication skills; is proficient in technology, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.

REQUIREMENTS:

- New York State Bar Admission.

- 5 years of experience or more in handling negligence cases is PLUS>

- Maintains consistent communication with the clients and keep updated notes.

- Must satisfy your clients with your expertise and your sympathy to their situation.

- Must be heartly willing to help personal

- Must not show agitation or aggression towards clients

- Must be comfortable with using technology in a complete paperless environment

- Able to manage several cases simultaneously and managing deadlines self-sufficiently.

- Willing to work independently and collaborate with others.

- Professional written and communication skills.

- Must be proficient in MS Word, PDF and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
