Your role involves providing access, directions, and information regarding the wide array of services offered at MAC. You'll be the face of our club, ensuring that everyone you interact with receives unparalleled customer service. You'll also play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our club by enforcing rules and promptly communicating any concerns to our management team.Key Responsibilities:Responsively address member inquiries, requests, and issues with a friendly and efficient approach.Facilitate reservations for various club services, adhering to specific guidelines.Foster effective communication with other departments to ensure members are well-informed about club programs and activities.Resolve registration and reservation issues promptly, with a commitment to member satisfaction.Deliver various member amenities, including membership cards, guest passes, and more.Provide comprehensive information about the club's programs, facilities, and policies.Enforce and educate members on guest policies, in accordance with Club Rules.Issue reciprocal guest passes, manage fees, and follow secure transaction procedures.Contribute to desk organization and maintain inventory supplies.Uphold all club safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment.Secondary Functions:Assist with light administrative projects.Handle payment envelopes from members and ensure timely deposits.Participate in club-related training classes.Job Requirements:High school diploma is required; an associate's degree or some college is preferred.A minimum of two years of customer service experience.Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and read).Exceptional customer service skills with a courteous and effective interpersonal approach.Basic computer skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to relevant club software.Capacity to learn emergency procedures and respond efficiently in critical situations.Capability to retain a significant amount of information, including procedures, club rules, and schedules.Diplomatic and effective communication skills to handle members, guests, and employees.Benefits:At Multnomah Athletic Club, we believe in taking care of our team members.
