Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems, including logic controllers
- Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance activities
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair and maintain equipment
- Welding tasks as needed
- Address electrical issues and perform repairs
- Provide leadership in coordinating maintenance tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficiency in working with logic controllers and CMMS
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs and maintenance
- Welding skills are a plus
- Electrical expertise is beneficial
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in coordinating maintenance activities
- Customer service-oriented approach to interactions with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• On call

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
