SUMMARY

The Maintenance Coordinator will schedule and distribute maintenance work-orders according to the area's respective supervisor.

This includes preventative maintenance and general maintenance. The Maintenance Coordinator will organize, maintain, and upkeep the documentation of work-orders and machine documents (manuals, work instructions, etc.

inside MVP software. The Maintenance Coordinator will provide a liaison between multiple Maintenance Supervisors, Production Supervisors, and Manufacturing Engineers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize work orders, work instructions, manuals, etc. and input data into MVP software system.
• Maintain equipment manuals and work instructions inside MVP software.
• Review and schedule all PM's and general work-orders submitted, via MVP software system.
• Work with outside vendors setting up PM's to be completed per the schedule set by the Maintenance Manager.
• Responsible for continuous improvement projects to better stream-line PM scheduling.
• Must be flexible to quickly react to unexpected events that may necessitate cancelling, rescheduling and / or working in a PM and / or repair with little or no notice as needed for targeted work-orders.
• Assist in PM work instruction effectiveness with respective area Manufacturing Engineers & Operations.
• Responsible for ordering, and maintaining sufficient quantity levels of specific spare parts used for targeted PMs. ; ensuring we have inventory for scheduled PM's.
• Perform other duties as needed.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

Four years' experience inside a manufacturing environment is preferred. Associate degree or higher in manufacturing or technology programs is also preferred.

Additional preferred skills include :

• 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word & Outlook; Skill Required)
• 2 years' experience with maintenance management software (MVP One; preferred)
• 2 years' experience with cross department communication
• 2 years' experience with time sensitive responsibilities
