Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing properties. You will play a key role in ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining high occupancy rates. This position requires travel.

Duties:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants, showcasing the features and amenities of each property
- Assist prospective tenants with the application process, including collecting required documents and conducting background checks
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities using property management software (CMMS) and perform data entry tasks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting inspections and documenting any damages or necessary repairs
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating advertisements and promoting available properties through various channels

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property leasing or sales is preferred
- Proficiency in using property management software (Entrata) is a plus
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, file management, and organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, prospects, and team members
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ability to ensure compliance
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in lease agreements and documentation
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional experiences for tenants
