This is a position working under limited supervision. Work situations are basically routine and require strong communication skills, and a service oriented individual. Internal contacts are general in nature and include staff and management throughout the organization. External contacts include the public, patients, families, visitors, and physicians.Minimum Requirements:Two (2) years of customer service experienceOne (1) year of relevant MHS customer service experience may substitute for experience requirement (volunteer work included).
