Position Summary:

This individual is responsible for providing personal care for Hospice patients in their place of residence on an intermittent basis, in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations and agency policies and procedures. This is an entry-level support position, working under limited supervision. Work situations require a service-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills for the purpose of supporting delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups. Independent decision-making is expected in the execution of daily routine duties.

Minimum Requirements:

Home health or hospice experience preferred, minimum of one year. Certified Nursing Assistant experience required.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Current WA CNA license. Current Health Care Provider CPR and current Washington State Driver’s License and auto insurance per state law. Shift: Day Employment Type: Full-Time Regular
