Position Summary & Mission

The Team Lead duties include leading an assigned team of staff: orienting and training new team members, providing feedback to all assigned team members and communicating staff concerns with direct Supervisor. This position also assists in facilitating team meetings, providing regular team reports (requests/problems/solutions) to the Business Services Manager and Business Services Supervisor, filling in for team members when needed, and working closely with the Business Services Manager and Business Services Supervisor in implementing change and problem solving on issues regarding their teams and the agency departments that they support. The Business Services Team Leader serves an important role in coordinating processes and changes between clinical teams and Business Services. This position requires exceptional customer service, time management and team leadership skills. The Business Services Team Leader may also be assigned additional responsibilities or special projects from time to time as needed.

· Requires excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.

· Ability to effectively use computer technology and standard MS Office software.

· Keyboarding skills of at least 45 words per minute

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. AA degree and supervisory experience preferred. Shift: Day shift Employment Type: Full-Time Regular
