Multi-physician Oral Surgery Practice is Hiring an Administrative Assistant HR/Payroll Medical Near Chesterfield, MO

Responsibilities
*

  • Postings, coordinating scheduling of interviews
  • Background check and affirmative action reports
  • New hire orientation and onboarding
  • Administration of employee records and benefits
  • Personnel files, audits and compliance
  • Benefits administration and maintenance
  • Assist with Finance duties, including:
  • Process invoices and distribution to supervisor for approval
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of payment request and employee expense reports
  • Prepare journal entries for accounts payable
  • Reconcile benefit invoice and payroll records
  • Comply with established internal controls practice and procedures to ensure proper management of financial transactions
  • Provide general support for accounting tasks and payroll administration
  • Assist with medical credentialling and licensing for providers across multiple facilities
  • Take up other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • College diploma preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures and diagnosis.
  • Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures,
  • Working knowledge of financial internal controls and best practices.
  • Experience with HR administration.
