Job Summary:
The Part-Time Center Associate at The UPS Store is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients at our various locations in Mamaroneck, New York. This is a part-time, hourly position in the PCS industry, requiring an individual who is organized, customer-focused, and able to work independently. The role reports directly to the Multi-location Owner and is a key member of the team.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a part-time position with an hourly pay rate of $16 to $17, which will be paid biweekly. As an individual contributor role, the Part-Time Center Associate will still be eligible for benefits, they will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a reputable company. Some benefits include a performance bonus and the option to join our 401k retirement plan. 
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate team members
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar for multiple locations
- Process all client payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and organize client files and records
- Assist with marketing efforts and client outreach initiatives
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
