Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC systems, supervising maintenance staff, and managing industrial maintenance tasks.

Duties:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Maintain high voltage and low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including HVAC systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems
- Ability to maintain and repair equipment following safety protocols
- Familiarity with interpreting schematics and technical documentation
