Youth Leaders have the opportunity to work with female youth who are placed at the New Philadelphia Girls Group Home. Staff serve as a role model for the youth and provide guidance to youth. They are also the authority figures enforcing rule compliance within the facility. Staff work with the youth to engage them in the community through schooling, obtaining employment, counseling services and preparing them to transition to their next placement or adulthood.
