Responsibilities for Maintenance Manager:
- Manage and lead the maintenance team in conducting preventive and corrective maintenance activities for industrial machinery and equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and reduce operational costs
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of PLCs to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation solutions using PLCs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and service providers to ensure timely support and maintenance of critical machinery
- Monitor maintenance performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and capabilities in PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a maintenance management role within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) programming and troubleshooting
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office and CMMS
- Strong understanding of electrical and control systems, including motor control circuits, sensors, and actuators
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
