We are seeking a talented and motivated Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT team. The Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing our company's IT infrastructure to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and security. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and other systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet the company's needs and support its growth objectives.
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide 3rd support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff as needed.
• Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure in a enterpriseenvironment.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with Citrix environments.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell.
