Rental/Service Loaner Coordinator – Full Time

Mullinax Automotive is looking for a personable, hard-working team member who is self-motivated and effectively prioritizes tasks to join our multi-store enterprise. The prime candidate will be able to multi-task accurately in a fast-paced environment while providing top notch customer service.

• Maintain an accurate inventory of service loaner vehicles, including tracking availability and mileage to determine what and when loaners need to be added and removed from the fleet with sales management.
• Communicate with service advisors to schedule loaner vehicle appointments in alignment with department workflow.
• Conduct vehicle inspections upon pickup and return to assess any damage and monitor fuel levels.
• Ensure all legal documentation compliance for loaner contracts.
• Coordinate repairs or servicing for loaner vehicles as needed, ensuring they are safe and reliable for customer use.
• Communicate with management to identify process improvements.
• Foster customer relations to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Assist in preparation of loaner reports as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in automotive dealership or fleet preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and diligent.
• Organized with dedicated attention to detail.
