Mullett Dove & Bradley, PLLC is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Arlington, VA

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Prepare and manage trial exhibits
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficient in legal case management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw or other legal databases
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting legal documents
- Knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- Professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and other parties involved in the litigation process
