Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages and their characteristics
- Ability to handle multiple drink orders at once while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume periods

- Food handling: Knowledge of safe food handling practices to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Hospitality: Ability to provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to create a positive experience for guests
- Basic math: Proficiency in basic math calculations for accurately processing payments and making change
