Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, working with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.
  • Market and advertise vacant units to attract prospective tenants, conduct property showings, and screen applicants to find qualified tenants.
  • Negotiate and execute leases and rental agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a prompt and professional manner, striving to maintain positive tenant relations.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize revenue through efficient management practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of property operations, financial transactions, and tenant communications using property management software.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, rental rates, and regulatory changes affecting the property management industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in property management or real estate management, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and property management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management software Appfolio preferred, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
