Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and handling, ensuring the well-being of all animals under our care.

Duties:

- Provide daily care for animals in the kennel facility
- Assist with feeding, bathing, and walking animals
- Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and animal living areas
- Monitor and report any changes in animal behavior or health to the veterinary staff
- Administer medications as directed by veterinary staff

Skills:

- Experience in kennel operations and animal care
- Proficient in animal handling and recognizing behavior
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Knowledge of basic pet care and veterinary practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
