MUJI seeks to add a Visual Manager, to the Soho Store team. This is a multi-faceted role where you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of functions. If your experience/education and/or skill set match our needs, we want to hear from you!
Duties include but not limited to:
A passion for driving sales, you're an expert at maximizing all things visual and are working with the operations of the store to drive the Sales floor productivity and building the best customer experience at all times
Contribute to the overall financial success of the store by analyzing and reporting daily trends to make strategic business decisions
The SM’s confidant in developing and driving all VM short and long-term initiatives and support achievement of all key KPIs for the store
Coach the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring your store is always representative of the MUJI standards
Ensure your store stays at the highest standards at all times by leading the day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment. A detailed eye for merchandising opportunities. Ready with a game plan to take action and make changes
Motivate and inspire the store team through MUJI’s values. A role-model you hold your team accountable in ensuring the customer comes first
Take pride in training and developing your team to ensure they continue to provide outstanding service to the best of their abilities
Ensure store safety standards are maintained and are committed to LP standards
Execute and innovate daily operational procedures, support the team in maintaining visual standards throughout all areas_ of the store, and most importantly, ensure all operational areas_ are always customer ready and at the highest MUJI standard
Job Description:
The Visual Manager, you are the stores team leader in developing and implementing all VM initiatives and strategy for the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team, delivering the MUJI visual standards every day in the store. You work with the store leadership team to continuously drive results in the business. You are hands-on working with the team both with VM and store operation to ensure the customer is always having the best in-store shopping experience. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring you’re A-game to work every day.
