VICE PRESIDENT FIELD OPPERATIONS

Are you a dynamic and experienced leader in dental operations, ready to take on a pivotal role with an emerging dental service organization? We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Field Operations to drive excellence across our network of practices from Jacksonville to Marco Island, Florida. In this influential position, you will lead strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiencies, and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding patient care.

The Vice President Field Operations oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives at Shore Dental Partners. They manage various aspects such as practice efficiency, staff productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational policies, optimizing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. The VPFO collaborates with other executives and stake holders to drive growth, streamline processes, and enhance the overall quality of dental services provided by SDP.

R esponsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. Ensure alignment of operational activities with the overall business strategy.
  • Operational Efficiency and Process Optimization : Oversee and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency. Implement measures to reduce costs and improve overall productivity.
  • Financial Management : Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics. Monitor financial health and implement strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Identify and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Leadership and Team Development : Provide effective leadership to the management team and staff. Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the organization. History of coaching practice managers to higher achievement and responsibility. Must possesses excellent history of onboarding providers and possess solid doctor relations skills.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders. Effectively communicate with investors, board members, employees, and external partners.
  • Innovation and Technology Integration : Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance operational effectiveness. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems efficiently. This includes identifying root causes of issues, developing innovative solutions, and implementing corrective actions to address challenges as they arise.
  • Communication : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for a COO. This involves effectively conveying information to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners, as well as listening actively to feedback and fostering open communication channels within the organization.
  • Change Management : The capability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead organizational change initiatives effectively. This includes managing resistance to change, communicating change objectives clearly, and guiding teams through transitions to ensure successful implementation.
