Job Title: Security Assistant Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Security Assistant Supervisor. This multifaceted role will provide crucial support across compliance, human resources, and site management functions.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Security Supervisor in developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies, procedures, and protocols.

- Assist supervising security personnel and provide guidance and support to ensure adhereence to company policies and procedures.

- Conduct investigations into security breaches, thefts, or other incidents, and prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommended actions.

- Provide training and guidance to security staff on security techniques, emergency procedures, and customer service best practices.

- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including occurence reports, shift logs, and training records.

- Monitor and maintain security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.

Qualifications:

- 3 years of experience in a security related-role

- Background in law enforcement, military, or private security preferred

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, demonstrating strong leaderhip and decision-making abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, employees, and law enforcement personnel

- Proficiency in security operations

- Valid security license or certifications strongly preferred

- Flexibility with schedule

Note:

This role will work very closely in conjunction with our Security Supervisor/Compliance Manager and act as an Assistant to both positions, focusing mainly on Supervisor duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
