Mueller Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Henrico, VA

Job Overview:
Dental Receptionist needed Monday-Thursday for our Short Pump dental office. Our office is looking for a skilled dental receptionist to add to our team. This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience as a dental receptionist and knowledge of the Dentrix software system. Superior telephone and customer service skills are a must. Working knowledge of dental terminology is also required.

A brief description of this position includes:
- Greeting patients and scheduling appointments.
- Managing the telephone and taking messages.
- Communicating with insurance companies regarding patient benefits and claims.
- Calculating and reviewing patient treatment cost estimates with patient prior to treatment.
- Collecting patient payments.
- Managing patient charts, front desk inventory and area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
