Mudslingers Drive Thru Coffee is looking for a full or part-time baristas for weekday mornings/afternoon, and weekend shifts. We are hiring for our Bryan Road location in O'Fallon. Our ideal candidate has barista experience, is a high school graduate, is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. Salary plus great tips!

Pay and Perks::

• Averages $13-$20 an hour with tips
• Cash tips are yours at the end of each shift
• 1 Free Drink and Food item per shift
• Flexible schedule
• Afternoon shift Off by 6pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Work well and organized in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista.
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong ability to prioritize efficient drink and food preparation order
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Must be trustworthy, reliable and able to work alone at times
