Job Description

Mudslingers Drive Thru Coffee is looking for a full time barista to work weekday mornings and some weekend shifts. We are hiring for our Bryan Road location in O'Fallon. Our ideal candidate has barista experience, is a high school graduate, is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. Hourly plus great tips!

Pay and Perks::

*Averages $13-$20 an hour with tips included *Cash tips are yours at the end of each shift *1 Free Drink and Food item per shift *Afternoon shift Off by 6pm

Responsibilities

*Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines *Interact with customers regularly and professionally *Work well and organized in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

*Proven working experience as a barista. *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Strong ability to prioritize efficient drink and food preparation order *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Must be trustworthy, reliable and able to work alone at times
