Muchacho Tex Mex is looking for experienced Restaurant Servers to provide EXCELLENT service and an INCREDIBLE experience for our guests. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive and VERBAL PRESENTATION of all of our food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude at all times. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. The ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain our current guest base and attract new guests.
Responsibilities
* Be KNOWLEDGABLE about all of our food and beverage menu offerings
- Present restaurant menus and guide guests through the MUCHACHO experience
- Use sales skills to suggest the proper items to our guest ensuring a great visit
- BE KNOWLEDGABLE enough about our menu to be able to answer guests' questions and make awesome recommendations!
The ability to work well with others is a must!
Deal with guests and coworkers with a positive attitude
- Issue guests' checks and accept payment
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
We expect menu and product knowledge in our servers. You WILL be required to learn the menu. You will be required to be KNOWLEDGABLE of all of our food, Liquors, mixed drinks and beer and wines.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
